Job Summary
Join our growing team! All Star Powersports is in search of a Powersports Technician and light sales within our Chippewa Falls location. The right candidate will be knowledgeable of mopeds, golf carts, ATV’s, Side by Side vehicles, as well as a powersports enthusiast.
Duties
•
Performing work on ATV, UTV, Side by Sides, as well as mopeds to a high standard: service, diagnose, and repair
•
Perform routine service inspections, test, and lubricate engines and other major components
•
Assist in the setup and testing of new powersport products
•
Move vehicles and trailers of all sizes using a variety of equipment (truck, forklift, etc.)
•
Handle multiple work orders and properly document work that has been performed.
•
Troubleshoot, repair, and install electronic accessories
•
Maintain leading-edge knowledge of powersport diagnosis technology
•
Maintain a clean workstation
•
Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and in good working condition
Skills
•
Attention to detail

Strong mechanical aptitude
•
Knowledge of gas and adjustments, service operations and parts management, fuel and lubrication systems, and testing electrical systems and engine management systems
•
Haul, Load/Unload, Trailering ability
•
Communication: ability to interact professionally with other staff, customers, and vendors. Ability to honestly and openly communicate any mistakes or mishaps made
•
Problem-solving skills
•
Self-motivated/ability to work independently and efficiently
•
Drivers license is required
