POSITION SUMMARY

Provides evaluation, maintenance, and repair services for blowers and compressor packages at customer worksites located in Québec Region. Diagnose and recommend action, complete machine repairs, prepare reports and communicate actions as needed.

Supports customers, service partners and co-workers with technical expertise regarding Aerzen equipment.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

•

Inspect, evaluate, and repair equipment at customer's location using best practices for root cause analysis and quality service provision

•

Communicate with customers to discuss job requirements, provide recommendations and service options, listen to customer concerns, and provide status updates during service call and at completion

•

Evaluate customer future needs and communicate information through appropriate channels

•

Complete job-related reports and forms on a timely basis; Ensure that technically accurate and complete quotes, orders, and service item cards are created and recorded via the operating system in a timely manner

•

Plan and schedule travel to best meet customer requirement, service schedule requirement, time efficiency, and cost efficiency

•

Back-up as repair technician, assembly technician, and/or customer support specialist when needed in Vaudreuil-Dorion.

•

Provide technical support and training to service partners and service technicians to ensure all are operating with accurate and complete technical data.

•

Serve as a resource to co-workers in technical matters and as back-up support.

•

Complete repairs of blowers and compressors according to Aerzen repair guidelines.

•

Read, understand and use mechanical drawings, specifications, diagrams, etc.

•

Coordinate shipping to and from customers and vendors with proper communication to the shipping coordinator.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Experience : Two to four years related experience

Computer Skills:

Ability to easily navigate between various software programs and internet sites after training, basic data entry skills, basic knowledge of MS Office programs.

Certificates & Licenses:

Valid driver’s license

Other Requirements:

•

Related Work experience must included customer service and mechanical repair of automotive or rotating equipment.
