Element Oilfield Technologies is looking for an experienced, full-time Service Administrator. This role supports the operations team by coordinating, tracking, and documenting the shipping, receiving, and maintenance of downhole drilling tools. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of oilfield services, inventory systems, and administrative procedures.
- Generate and maintain job folders for all motor services and repairs
- Record service data including serial numbers, run hours, component wear, and failure reports
- Ensure QC documents, inspections sheets, and service reports are completed and filed accurately
- Coordinate with the shop to track component usage, core returns, and serialized parts
- Data entry of parts usage and inventory transactions
- Monitor parts availability for upcoming services or builds and alert procurement as needed
- Provide completed service reports and job packages to customers when required
- Shipping and receiving documentation
- Manage records for tool inspections
- Ensuring accurate completion of Service Reports
- Provide support to management and collaborate with other departments
- Additional duties as assigned to support company operational goals
- High school diploma or equivalent, or related experience
- Familiarity with downhole motor components (rotors, stators, bearing assemblies, etc.) would be considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be dependable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive and team-oriented
- Office-based working Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- May involve walking through Shop and wearing appropriate PPE
