Trihydro Corporation is seeking a senior engineer to join our team. This role will help us expand our water resources, natural resource resiliency planning, and mining services for public and private sectors in Iowa. This is a part-time, non-benefited position that blends business development, client networking, technical advisory and strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, this opportunity is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business development to expand our water resources and mining teams, client base, and services in Iowa.

- Provide senior-level technical advice to team members and clients.

- Providing senior-level technical review and mentoring.

- Assist with proposal strategy and quality assurance/quality control reviews, strategic planning, and networking to attract new talent to our growing team.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resource Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related field

- 30+ years of relevant environmental and management experience in water resources planning and management, civil infrastructure, water and irrigation systems, including but not limited to transmission, distribution, storage, and collection, water budgets, and public outreach.

- Strong communication skills, with an ability to deliver compelling presentations for proposal, project, and conference needs.

The salary information shown below is a general guideline ONLY. Salaries are based on candidates' experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $65 - $80 per hour

This position will remain open until a qualified candidate has been selected.
