Your Role: Hands-On, Impactful, and Fast-Paced

As a Senior Transportation Technician out of our Duluth, Georgia office, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of transportation infrastructure. Your expertise in construction inspection, materials sampling, and testing will support engineers and higher-level technicians, directly impacting the success and safety of various projects. By managing and mentoring a team of technicians, overseeing complex tasks, and providing detailed reports, you will contribute to the seamless execution and compliance of construction activities. This role is essential in maintaining high standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:

+ High school diploma/GED required and a minimum of 10 years of highway-related construction or inspection experience + 2-year technical degree or higher in Civil Engineering Technology or Surveying Technology with a minimum of 5 years of highway-related construction experience + American Concrete Institute (ACI): Field Testing Grade I; Strength Testing Technician; Laboratory Technician + International Code Council (ICC): Special Inspector (Reinforced Concrete, Masonry, Soils) + DOT Certifications in the fields of Aggregate, Conventional Density, Asphalt, and Concrete
