About This Job

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Superintendent Journeyman Commercial & Industrial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electrical systems and components, with the ability to read and interpret schematics.

Duties

•

Manage and direct the activities of electricians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

•

Supervise crews operating specialized equipment.

•

Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports, including project progress, resource allocation, and compliance documentation.

•

Creating C-Boms for all phase codes.

•

Reviewing material submittals to ensure they match project specs.

•

Creating Bluebeam layouts so production is at its most efficient.

•

Assist Site Superintendent with weekly material ordering.

•

Managing our customer's expectations.

•

Assist with monthly projections.

•

Closeout documentation, including redline drawings.

•

811 call before you dig

•

Material orders

•

Maintain safety and OSHA standard on the projects.

•

Ensure QA/QC is being maintained per company standards.

•

Assist all employees with tasks that may be outside the realm of SR Superintendent.

•

Adhering to company policies and procedures.

•

Striving daily to improve self and team while humbly promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Qualifications

•

TDLR License Number

•

Journeyman License

•

7 years electrical experience

•

Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail for detecting issues quickly and accurately.

•

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

•

Strong communication skills to provide outstanding customer service.

•

Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed.

•

Able to pass a background check.
