Senior Staff Systems Engineer
to lead the integration and development of complex power systems—supporting projects like large-scale data center generators and cutting-edge power management solutions.
In this highly visible role, you’ll own system architecture, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure our solutions deliver performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance. •Own the product and system requirements from start to finish, ensuring validation and verification at every level (component, subsystem, system).
•Develop system integration and test strategies—including hands-on activities for new and existing product platforms.
•Lead and participate in technical reviews, discussions, and design activities across the engineering organization.
•Create and manage key documentation: Statements of Requirements, system block diagrams, and technical specifications.
•Influence product development plans, schedules, and cost targets while keeping the system aligned with business goals.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

•Hands-on experience with generator paralleling, synchronization, and power management.
•Ability to produce technical documents, such as system architecture, block diagrams, and interface specs.
•Proven cross-functional leadership and ability to deliver in a matrixed organization.
•Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
•Experience in designing and packaging electromechanical systems.
