Position Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to lead the development of advanced connectivity solutions that bridge IT and OT domains for large-scale energy sector projects. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a high-performing team of solutions architects, telecom specialists, and professional engineers to architect mission-critical networks that drive digital transformation, ensure operational resilience, and enable industrial innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Architecture
•
Architect and design enterprise and industrial-grade network solutions.
•
Develop High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and related project documentation.
•
Ensure adherence to best practices around availability, redundancy, segmentation, and security.
Deployment & Testing
•
Configure and deploy routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and other appliances.
•
Create and execute test plans for FAT, SAT, SIT.
•
Build accurate and cost-effective BOMs.
Leadership & Collaboration
•
Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior engineers.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including telecom and field services.
•
Engage with vendors, partners, and service providers to evaluate and integrate new technologies.
Operations & Support
•
Analyze network performance and conduct optimizations.
•
Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues.
•
Implement network security controls including segmentation, encryption, and secure remote access.
•
Document architectures, diagrams, and configurations in line with industry and project standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise
•
8+ years of hands-on experience in network design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
•
Advanced knowledge of routing (BGP, OSPF), switching (VLANs, STP, VXLAN), wireless technologies, cybersecurity (firewalls, VPNs, IPS/IDS, access controls).
•
Experience with networking solutions from Cisco, Juniper, and Nokia.
•
Familiarity with network automation tools and languages (Python, Ansible, Terraform) is a strong plus.
•
Experience with virtualization and cloud networking technologies.

Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•
Self-motivated, accountable, and able to lead initiatives from concept to execution.
Education & Certifications
•
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
•
Required: CCNP / JNCIP or equivalent.
•
Preferred: CCIE / JNCIE or equivalent.
Nice-to-Have Skills
•
Experience with engineering deliverables and project execution in industrial environments.
•
Prior exposure to the energy sector (oil & gas, utilities, renewables).
•
Understanding of Operational Technology (OT) networks and systems.
•
Familiarity with IIoT architectures, SCADA, DCS, and industrial cybersecurity frameworks.
