To effectively manage Regional Sales Director, Sales Managers, and CSR + Inside Sales manager, and their teams by supporting, developing, and implementing corporate and regional strategies and standards that are aligned with achieving the gross margin growth, sales associate productivity, and operational efficiency. This individual will play a critical role in developing talent and instill the use of learned skills for all associates within the region to enhance branch, region, and corporate profitability. Performance to Regional Gross Profit Budget.
Responsibilities
•Develop and execute Sales and Marketing strategies.
•Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
•Understand market dynamics and customer trends.
•Strategize with Operations Leadership and Regional Sales Managers.
•Enhance leadership skills of sales managers.
•Improve consultative sales process.
•Oversee Regional Sales Pipeline and monitor cost of sale.
•Collaborate with Branded Partners on goals and marketing.
•Drive cross-selling opportunities with Reliability Services and Distribution.
•Develop programs to enhance sales skills.
•Implement Strategic Sales Process.
•Serve on Regional Leadership Team to reach EBITDA goals.
•Work with Marketing on initiatives and lead generation.
•Monitor sales trends and competitive activities.
•Consult for VP Sales and Marketing on key projects.
•Collaborate with Director of Customer Care on KPIs and growth strategies.

•Represent the company professionally, ensuring quality customer service both internally and externally.

•Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives.
•Work overtime as needed.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred.
•10-15 years of proven experience as a Sales Director or in a business systems leadership role.
•Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
•Proficient with Sage CRM, SAP, or other CRM software.
•Basic understanding and utilization of Power BI preferred
