Virtus Renewables is a leader in Solar Operations & Maintenance (O&M), dedicated to driving innovation, performance optimization, and sustainability in the renewable energy sector. We are passionate about advancing clean energy solutions and empowering our partners with reliable, efficient solar systems.

- Project Planning & Execution: Lead the full project lifecycle for assigned scopes, including kickoff, resource coordination, procurement tracking, site scheduling, reporting, and closeout.
- Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues as needed.
- Field Coordination: Work closely with regional superintendents, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient field execution.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, timelines, and invoicing milestones. Monitor progress against goals and take corrective actions as required.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with Engineering, Field Operations, Performance, Safety, and Business Development to ensure internal alignment and delivery consistency.
- Quality & Compliance: Enforce QA/QC standards, contractual obligations, and compliance with OSHA and NFPA 70E requirements across all assigned work.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify risks and obstacles; implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure project success.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, RFIs, change orders, daily reports, and stakeholder communications.
- 7–10 years of experience in project management within the solar, BESS, utility, or construction industries.
- Proven track record delivering multi-site, multi-scope technical projects in field-based environments.
- Strong understanding of PV systems, electrical testing, BESS integration, and commissioning workflows.
- Experience managing subcontractors and internal crews on complex O&M or EPC scopes.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% as needed to job sites across the U.S.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field required.
- PMP certification preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification required (or obtained within 90 days of hire).
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Competitive salary based on experience and certifications.
- Annual performance-based bonus opportunities.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
- 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
- Paid travel expenses and per diem for site visits.
- Opportunities for advancement into Director-level or cross-functional leadership roles.
- A collaborative, mission-driven team committed to the future of clean energy.
