The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of energy storage projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Leads a cross-discipline team of engineers, contract managers and coordinators.
- Manages project budget and track expenses.
- Provides guidance, training, and support to project team members.
- Conducts evaluations and provides feedback to team members.
- Manages staffing levels and resources to support project needs.
- Leads the planning and implementation of energy storage projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develops project plans and timelines and monitor progress against milestones.
- Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical paths.
- Coordinates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure resources are allocated appropriately.
- Conducts risk management and mitigation.
- Ensures project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Communicates project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
- Manages changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Leads project closure activities, including documentation and lessons learned.
- Responsible for direct customer relations and interactions to ensure the success of the project
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy storage industry.
- Proven experience managing complex energy storage projects from initiation to closure.
