Position Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects that deliver value to the organization and its stakeholders. Working with cross-functional teams, the Project Manager ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
•Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that define scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
•Team Leadership: Assemble, assign, and lead cross-functional project teams; provide guidance and direction to team members.
•Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets; track expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
•Scope Management: Define and manage project scope; document and communicate changes to maintain alignment.
•Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve challenges as they arise.
•Timeline Management: Build and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion; implement advanced project management methodologies to optimize processes.
•Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
•Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet established standards and specifications.
•Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, status reports, and closure reports.
•Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve project issues and conflicts; escalate to senior management when necessary.
•Project Closure: Ensure project objectives are met; obtain stakeholder sign-off and conduct post-project evaluations.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related technical field.
•Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (preferred).
•5–10 years of project management experience with a track record of successful project delivery.
•Proficiency with project management software and tools.
•Advanced understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
•Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
•Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $54.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
