As the Senior Production Technician on the Plant Operations team, you will be responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydropower plant equipment and systems, while also providing guidance and support to Production Technicians. You will apply advanced technical and operational expertise, with a strong focus on mentoring and skill development for junior team members. Your contributions will play a key role in shaping the future of our company and advancing our mission of clean energy transformation.
of regional hydropower generation stations, including real-time monitoring, gate changes, and data collection during critical periods such as high runoff.
of turbines and associated equipment, providing expert technical support to junior technicians.
of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards and recommending improvements where necessary.
