Responsibilities Include

+ Lead product registration and compliance projects for EMEA. + Monitor regulations and regulatory trends related to performance to assess the impact on Valvoline products. + Develop regulatory policy, procedures, and strategies related to the regulatory aspects of products. + Provide direction to the company on labeling requirements in accordance with regulatory agency requirements. Verify label accuracy and compliance. + Develop and create compliant safety data sheets. + Enter product data into necessary internal and external systems. + Support requirements for product stewardship according to RC 14001. + Knowledge of handling and transporting hazardous materials. + Represent Product Regulatory with various Valvoline business units regarding regulatory and product labeling issues. Interact with customers about product concerns or regulatory requirements. Provide clear communications to internal and external clients about regulatory changes. + Performing all other duties assigned by immediate manager.

Educational Qualification: VI, chemistry or biology

Licenses/Certifications: Chemical Advisor Serbia

Foreign Language Proficiency: English language

Years of Experience: minimum 5 years
