Responsibilities

•

Assist Product team by gathering and analyzing customer feedback, market trends and competitor offerings.

•

Help translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product requirements and documentation.

•

Support the development and maintenance of product roadmaps, release plans and backlogs.

•

Participate in user testing, QA validation and product launch activities.

•

Coordinate between product, engineering, design, marketing and customer support teams.

•

Track product performance metrics.

•

Maintain product documentation, training materials and knowledge base documents.

•

Ensure all teams are informed about timelines, goals and updates.

•

Assisting with task assignments and tracking progress.

•

Monitor timelines and product schedules

•

Raising concerns with Product Manager as they arise, to alert to any offtrack milestones

•

Other duties as assigned.

•

Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations.

•

Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations.

•

Any other operation-related responsibilities may be added as company continues to grow.

Requirements

•

2-3 years of experience in Product focused role.

•

Excels at time management, ability to work independently and is able to efficiently multitask

•

Experienced working in agile environments, with minimal supervision

•

Strong interest in product development, technology and user experience

•

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•

Able to utilize technology and AI to enhance everyday tasks

•

Has a can-do attitude

•

Engineering University degree
