Job Description

The Product Owner role at Avista works within the Scrum and Agile framework to gather business requirements from various stakeholders and helps move Avista's major business systems and platforms forward. The Product Owner leads the translation of business features into technical requirements and works with the business to prioritize the requirements at the program and project levels. The Product Owner participates in the software release forecasting for a given set of products or programs and participates in the continuous improvement of the agile delivery process.

Hybrid work options are available for this role. The successful candidate will be required to work at our Spokane, Washington headquarters at least 3 days per week including Mondays and Tuesdays with an additional day determined by the employee and manager.
