Position: Senior Pool Designer (Structure Studios REQUIRED) Location: The Villages, Wildwood & Leesburg, FL Schedule: Full-Time Compensation: Extremely Competitive Commission Structure

At Villagers Choice Pool & Spa, we don’t just design pools—we create dreamscapes that transform backyards into personal paradises. We’re actively seeking a highly experienced pool designer who’s been making waves in the industry for years and knows Structure Studios inside and out.

This is NOT a training role! It’s for someone who’s already put in the deep work and is ready to lead projects from day one. If you’ve spent 3+ years designing pools professionally and Structure Studios is second nature to you, this is your moment.

What We’re Looking For:

•

Extensive Experience in Structure Studios – This is non-negotiable. You must have several years of experience using Structure Studios with a proven portfolio of built designs.

•

Pool Design Veteran – You’ve been designing pools professionally for years. You know how to balance beauty, functionality, and budget—and your portfolio proves it.

•

Local Sales Knowledge – Experience working with residents in The Villages, FL is a major plus.

•

Team Collaboration – You can coordinate with our construction and sales teams to bring your visions to life, efficiently and accurately.
