About the role:

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer you will be an individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge related to the Reactor Mechanical Products (RMP) products. You will be part of the design and analysis of reactor vessel head assemblies, primary equipment supports, control rod drive mechanisms, canopy seal clamp assemblies, and other RMP products. You will adapt precedent making significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions. You may coach and review work of lower-level professionals. Westinghouse Engineering provides the technology solutions and services for design of new plants and keeping operating nuclear plants operating…safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

You will report to the Engineering Manager of Reactor Mechanical Products in Reactor Component Engineering and be located at Global Headquarters in Cranberry Township, PA.. This is a hybrid position at the discretion of the manager requiring 2-3 days per week on-site at either the Cranberry Woods, PA or Windsor, CT facility. No relocation will be provided.
