The

is responsible for developing and executing of strategies to drive exceptional product quality, ensure compliance and increase customer satisfaction beyond expectations. This includes recruitment, training and development of a highly qualified team of Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE), managing supplier selection, supplier auditing, supplier development, and key Supplier Quality metric reporting to meet overall quality and business goals. You will lead our supplier quality assurance program, to include responsibility for developing and maintaining supplier quality standards, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that our global supply base consistently delivers high-quality, compliant components for our engineered and configured-to-order products, with a strong focus on engine systems and components.
