Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. in Lake Mary, Florida, is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Support Technical Services. SUMMARY
The Senior Manager of Project Support Technical Services leads a team of technical support engineers responsible for resolving complex site-related issues during the construction, commissioning, and warranty phases of large-scale power generation projects. This role is highly cross-functional and requires strong leadership, coordination, and technical problem-solving skills. The Senior Manager works closely with engineering, supply chain, quality, field services, and project management to ensure technical challenges are addressed efficiently and to support continuous improvement initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESOTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EDUCATION Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution; minimum of 10 years of experience in gas or steam turbine EPC projects or major industrial EPC environments. Certifications:
OSHA 10-hour training preferred but not required. Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and business correspondence; effectively present to teams and stakeholders. Mathematical Skills:
Proficiency in applied mathematics, including geometry, trigonometry, and statistical inference. Reasoning Ability:
Ability to assess complex problems, interpret data, and develop actionable solutions. Computer Skills:
Proficiency in project management, reporting, and communication tools including Microsoft Office Suite and related systems. PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, talk, and hear. Occasional lifting and moving of up to 25 pounds may be required. The employee may be required to adhere to safety protocols including the use of PPE such as hard hats, goggles, hearing, and fall protection.
