What You'll Do

Lead Design & Construction*: Oversee distribution and transmission projects, managing power line routing, staking, easements, and cost estimates. Drive Reliability*: Direct PRECorp's Performance Reliability Enhancement Program (PREP) through inspection and design initiatives. Manage Teams*: Supervise and mentor Design Engineers, Engineering Design Coordinators, and Distribution Design Technicians, fostering a high-performing team. Support Compliance*: Play a major role in PRECorp's WECC/NERC compliance program, ensuring accuracy and supporting audits and documentation. Set Standards*: Collaborate with internal managers and external consultants to develop and implement construction standards for distribution and transmission systems. Handle Multiple Priorities*: Effectively manage numerous projects and priorities simultaneously to meet deadlines and objectives. Support Customers*: Work closely with members to meet their electrical needs and assist in emergency restoration during outages.
