Senior Manager, Front-End Development - Ohio

Join Cenovus Energy as a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the front-end development of sustaining capital projects for our downstream assets in Ohio. In this role, you will be accountable for managing the early stages of project development (FEL 0, 1, and 2), ensuring that project scopes are technically sound, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives.

As the Front-End Development Lead, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of engineers, coordinating across project execution, asset operations, and centralized development resources. You will also help shape long-term capital strategy through effective portfolio prioritization, budget control, and stakeholder engagement.
