We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Accounting
to join our team. In this role, you’ll support critical financial functions including general ledger accounting, shared services, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and external audits. You’ll ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of fiscal records and play a key role in preparing and analyzing internal financial reports that drive business decisions.

What You’ll Do
- Lead & Develop: Design and direct the work of the accounting team. Recruit, coach, and develop talent while setting clear expectations and managing performance.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee general ledger activities and prepare accurate financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, and supporting schedules). Provide meaningful analysis and recommendations to leadership.
- Compliance & Controls: Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and manage internal controls to protect company assets. Support external audits by coordinating staff and ensuring timely, accurate responses.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and stronger financial controls. Correct irregularities in financial information and maintain data integrity.
- Collaboration: Build strong relationships across departments, providing financial services support and, at times, leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strategic Support: Assist with overall financial policies, system coordination, special projects, and the formulation of accounting policies in alignment with the company’s business plan.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
- 6+ years of progressive experience in business and finance, with time spent in a senior-level financial role- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
- Experience working in a mid-to-large manufacturing company
- Strong knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley, GAAP, and FASB standards
- Proven ability to manage financial operations in a manufacturing or international business environment
- Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Teams)
