How You’ll Help•Partner with business unit leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
•Lead initiatives in learning and development, ensuring continuous growth and capability building across teams.
•Support career planning and succession planning to build strong internal talent pipelines.
•Collaborate with talent management to design and execute strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent.
•Coach and mentor managers on leadership effectiveness, performance management, and employee development.
•Provide expert guidance on employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
•Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies; offer policy interpretation and guidance.
•Support compensation planning and execution in alignment with organizational frameworks.
•Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions and enhance employee engagement and retention.
What Will Make You a Great Fit
•Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Senior HR Business Partner or HR Business Partner role.
•PHR/SPHR certification preferred but not required.
•Demonstrated leadership experience within a business unit, including strategic partnership with senior leaders to drive organizational goals.
•Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
•Strong strategic mindset with sound judgment, decisiveness, and operational focus.
•Solid understanding of and ability to navigate multistate labor laws, rules, and regulations.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
•Confident presentation and facilitation skills for both in-person and virtual training sessions.
•Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•Experience with Paycom is a plus but not required.
•Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

The Budgeted Salary For This Position Is
$90,000–120,000 + annual bonus.
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
