Expected salary range
of $115,200 to $128,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Primary Purpose Of Position
- Engage in job duties outlined below, to reduce risk exposure in areas of cyber and physical security; and to promote our mission of safeguarding the people, property, reputation and shareholder value of the corporation.
- Provide secure tactical driving services for Constellation executives with 24/7 availability.
- Conduct counter-surveillance services for select Constellation executives.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion regarding all corporate matters, especially executive conversations and communications.
- Provide security/protective services for events held by or attended by select Constellation executives and ensure a smooth transition from each venue.
- Conduct dignitary advances, security assessments and investigations on an as needed basis Interface with and maintain a working relationship with federal, state and local law enforcement professionals, executive protection specialists in other corporations, and vendors providing executive protection services.
- Lead, plan and provide protection services for international travel Provide residential vulnerability assessment services, including the coordination of security system installations/upgrades, to select executives.
- Conduct independent, complex, impactful, highly confidential investigations throughout the Corporation Determine and pursue courses of action necessary to obtain desired investigative results and make recommendations in support of correcting internal controls issues and/or policy/procedural deficiencies surfaced by the investigation.
- Plan, organize, and conduct simple to complex investigations of alleged violations of law or Constellation's Code of Business Conduct.
- Conduct investigative as well as information-seeking interviews of employees and non-employees, document investigations, handle evidence, and maintain liaison status with internal and external resources to achieve favorable results that support Constellation's business units and efforts.
- Provide controls and risk mitigation recommendations to management.
- Prepare clear, comprehensive, and cohesive investigative reports based upon established procedures.
- Engage regulators and councils on critical infrastructure. Act as a liaison to law enforcement networks.

- Lead and Provide support for Corporate Security functions and activities (e.g. Annual Shareholder Meeting, tabletop exercises, Executive Protection, Crisis Management and Business Continuity Planning, etc.).
- Establish and maintain federal, state, county and local law enforcement contacts and relationships.
- Provide support for Corporate Security functions and activities (e.g. Annual Shareholder Meeting, tabletop exercises, Executive Protection, Crisis Management and Business Continuity Planning, etc.)
- Conduct complex and confidential internal/external investigations for the Corporation. Identify internal controls issues and work with business unit management toward corrective action to prevent future problems from occurring.
- Assist in supporting security for campuses through employee awareness campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Maintaining compliance with Constellation's Firearms Program is mandatory and subject to audit and periodic review
- Knowledge of safety protocols, risk assessment, and recordkeeping related to firearms management
- Successfully pass a psychological exam
- Bachelor's degree, or 2 years of equivalent experience in lieu of the degree
- 10-years law enforcement experience with a medium to large agency or the equivalent combination of law enforcement/private investigative experience
- Ability to work in an operating environment that requires 24x7 rotating shift work, on-call, weekends, overtime, including Holidays.

- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
- Ability to obtain (Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) qualifications
- Ability to obtain NERC/CIP access
- Ability to obtain and maintain Nuclear unescorted access
- Ability to obtain Concealed Carry Permits for applicable states, as necessary
- Advanced degree (e.g. CPA, CFA, MBA)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a secret or top secret clearance
- Certifications: Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and/or other related certifications
- Experience in conducting advances and vulnerability assessment of physical facilities
- Experience in business continuity and crisis management
- Prior corporate security, executive protection, Commercial security, and/or dignitary protection experience
- PC/desktop workstation applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Team, PowerPoint, etc. and Apple IOS
- Ability to clearly communicate both orally and in writing and work effectively across business units, functional groups, multiple levels of the Corporation and external stakeholders
