Job Description Summary

Plant Arrangement is a cross-functional engineering discipline responsible for providing leadership, direction, and oversight of a technical team of engineers and designers responsible for the systems, structures & components design layout of the BWRX-300 Small Modular Reactor (SMR) Nuclear Island, Turbine Island and Balance of Plant into the 3D BIM Model.

The base pay range for this position is $112-160k. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 5/05/2025.

The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
