We are currently seeking a Senior Resident Engineer that is P.E. and also certified with SWPPP for a Parks project in the Upper Westside of Manhattan.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Professional Engineer (PE) registered in New York State, that is also state certified for the SWPPP and have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction management/civil construction. Must have worked on projects valued over $30MM.

OSHA 30.

Possess extensive knowledge in drainage design and construction, SWPPP requirements, and other agency coordination.

Construction Management, including experience with New York City Agencies within the last 5 years, is required.

Strong proficiency with MS Office and/or other construction software is required.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skill s both oral and written.

Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to NYC on a daily basis.

Pay Rate: $60.00-$75.00/Hourly Salary. Actual compensation will depend on the individual’s qualifications, education, skills, and experience. Benefits of Working at Laland Baptiste:
