As the Senior Director Services, Transformation Management Office, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, innovation, and strategic transformation initiatives. This position involves designing and implementing advanced organizational processes, leveraging cutting-edge analytics, and fostering collaboration across global teams and third-party partners to achieve impactful results.
With responsibilities encompassing technical services delivery in collaboration with third-party partners, program management, change management, and technical operations, this role demands a unique combination of strategic insight, operational expertise, and technical proficiency. As a pivotal leader, you will own the SERVICES third-party relationships, ensure adherence to standardized services engagement processes, and oversee performance measures, including SLA escalations, to enhance global performance across all regions. Additionally, you will represent and coordinate the services business and regional leads, championing innovative solutions and steering the deployment of advanced tools and processes.
The base salary range for this position is 195,200.00 - 244,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a variable incentive compensation bonus. This posting is expected to close on June 30, 2025.
