ENTRUST is seeking a talented and driven Senior Control Systems Engineer to join our growing team of experts in the electric power generation and distribution sector. In this senior-level role, you will bring your engineering expertise to the forefront, leading the execution of complex projects that power communities and industries. This position offers a flexible work environment tailored to your lifestyle, with remote, hybrid, and in-office options available depending on your location. Some travel (25–40%) is required to support project needs and client engagement.

As a Senior Control Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating the technical aspects of engineering projects. You will be responsible for designing and programming both hardware and software systems, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions for power plants. Your work will center on instrumentation, control, and electrical systems, ensuring high performance and reliability. You will also contribute to the development of engineering proposals, including defining technical scopes, estimating schedules, and planning resources. Collaboration is at the heart of this role—you’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure project success through structured processes such as Design Reviews, Program Reviews, and Project Closeout Meetings. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues in real time will be essential to delivering exceptional results.
