CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer to join our Infrastructure - Bridge Team at our Columbus, OH office.

We are on the forefront of bridge design developing new solutions that reduce cost and maintenance and utilize accelerated bridge construction (ABC) techniques to reduce road closure impacts. We incorporate collaborative and diverse thinking with practical and cost-effective designs that responsibly improve mobility and safety throughout the United States.

The Senior Bridge Engineer, a key role at CHA, leads the technical execution of projects within his/her discipline and provides expert consultation in one or more areas of the respective field of engineering. At CHA, our Senior Bridge Engineer plans, schedules, conducts and coordinates detailed phases of a project independently with other engineering disciplines and project management staff. This key role provides guidance, mentorship, and technical review of work completed by junior level staff. This individual provides technical development of proposals and external presentations (i.e., clients, public, regulatory agency, etc.)

The Senior Bridge Engineer resolves highly complex technical issues, and continuously monitors the progress and performance on a project to ensure efficient production and uncover potential problems. The professional in this role recognizes technical discrepancies in analytical results and makes appropriate corrections following standard procedures and recommends alterations to development and design to improve quality of design.

REQUIREMENTS:

SALARY RANGE::

$108,000 - $124,500

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
