Bridge/Structural Engineer
Carolina Transportation Engineers & Associates, PC (Carolina TEA) is seeking a Bridge/Structural Engineer at any of our current office locations (Charlotte, Raleigh, Greenville, or Columbia).

Responsibilities may include:
•Design & analysis of new and existing bridges, retaining walls, culverts, and other structures related to transportation.
•Construction document production, including drawings and specifications.
•Coordinating with the design team to achieve quality deliverables within the established schedule and budget.
•Assisting with the development of specifications, cost estimates, reports and preparing final bid packages.
•Review of shop drawings, providing response to contractor's request for information.
•Construction engineering design
•Establishing working relationships and interfacing with client technical staff and project managers.
Position requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
•Minimum of 7 years of experience.
•Professional Engineer’s license
•Exposure to MicroStation and/or AutoCAD.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills.
•Bentley Open Bridge experience a plus.
