Senior Architect / Project Manager

Holdren-Lietzke Architecture, in Monterey, CA, is looking for a Senior Architect/Project Manager for new projects. We are an award winning firm with a multi state presence, but maintain a strong focus on coastal California and its unique history and environments.

Applicants should possess a degree in Architecture, have 5+ years of experience with custom residential design, and must possess excellent graphic, organizational, and verbal communication skills. Licensure is a plus!

At this level, employees are involved in all phases of a project - from Schematic Design to Construction Administration. We are an open studio with a collaborative ethos where Project Managers need to perform multiple roles over the duration of a project, including:

Minimum qualifications include the following:

- AutoCAD/Revit

- Rhino 3D

- Adobe Illustrator suite

- Strong work ethic

Proficiency in the following is desirable:

- Adobe Illustrator suite

- Lumion

- Sketch-up

- Sustainable building practices

- Historic preservation

- Modern design detailing

Compensation is commensurate with experience but, for the qualifications listed, would start at $100K+ annually. Local candidates are strongly preferred as well as candidates willing to work in the studio. Please provide a resume as well as a portfolio of recent work.
