What You’ll Do
- Shape and Scale Supply Chain Celonis Center of Excellence (CoE) - driving governance, adoption, and value realization across the organization
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze supply chain processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven solutions that enhance performance and mitigate risk
- Lead efforts to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with master data domains to support accurate, efficient, and compliant operations
- Collaborate on design and implementation of sustainable process improvements that drive measurable outcomes and automations
- Partner with data stewards and IT teams to resolve data quality issues and support system enhancements
- Participate in process and technology improvement projects and initiatives including TC’s SAP (S4 Plus) transformation journey
- Act as a Celonis subject matter expert, guiding teams in leveraging the platform for continuous improvement, monitoring performance through metrics and KPIs
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal teams that need assistance with the Procure to Pay (P2P) process and/or spend channels
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years relevant experience, including: - 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain P2P business support and/or supply chain process improvement - 4+ years practical experience working with ERP procurement modules, ideally SAP ECC or S4- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into actionable solutions
- Experience with governance frameworks and change management practices
- Hands-on experience with Celonis or other process mining platforms
- 2+ years’ experience supporting SAP Integrations for Supply Chain- Some understanding of master data domains including Service Master, Material Master, Vendor Master
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, Alteryx
- Multilingual skills in Spanish
- Travel to other company locations for temporary assignments, meetings or training may be required (estimated up 5% of work schedule)
- Overnight stays away from home base may be required (estimated up 5% of work schedule)
- Possess, or be eligible to receive, a valid passport and maintain travel eligibility for Domestic, Cross Border, and International Travel (including the USA and Mexico)
