Senior Accountant and Projects Controller

Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Accountant and Projects Controller opportunity in Oak Ridge, TN.

This is a full-time position with the following job scope:

Job Description:

The Senior Accountant and Projects Controller is responsible for general accounting tasks and overall accounting for construction and other fixed-price project activities. General accounting tasks may include assistance in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements, reconciliation of general ledger accounts, assistance with budgeting and forecasting, and support of internal and external audit activities. The Senior Account and Projects Controller will be the financial point of contact for construction projects and work closely with the projects’ team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, cash flow, vendor payments, monthly closeout, estimates at completion calculations, and other task.
