Your Impact

In this role in the Service Enablement Group, you’ll be the driving force behind training and change management strategies that empower our teams to adopt new systems, processes, and tools. Your work will ensure that employees across our global organization are equipped, informed, and supported through continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives.


As Part of Our Team, You Will

Lead training needs assessments and design engaging training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and user guides.
Deliver and evaluate impactful training sessions and "train-the-trainer" programs.
Plan and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder communications and impact assessments.
Coordinate leadership engagement and business partner communications to support smooth transitions.
Develop and manage change-related content and communication materials that support adoption and learning.


Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Organizational Development, HR, Business, Education).
5+ years of experience in adult training design, facilitation, and change management, preferably in ERP or transformation projects.
Proficiency with e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
Experience working in a global, matrixed environment and collaborating across cultures.
Knowledge of change management frameworks and continuous improvement principles (Lean or Six Sigma preferred).


Your Work Environment

The preferred location for candidates is near our corporate headquarters, in Denver, Colorado; however highly qualified candidates near our regional offices, or any of our site locations, will be considered.
Collaboration and interaction are expected with teams across the global, regional, and site organization as well as across other service and operational areas of Newmont across multiple time zones.
The listed salary range applies to positions based in Colorado. Compensation may vary for candidates hired in other locations.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $126,480- 166,005. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.

This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
