Primary Purpose
Coordinates and provides strategic and tactical guidance for the SI U.S. Security Program, including developing and implementing security policies, plans, and procedures. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support the design, operation, and maintenance of security infrastructure, systems, and protocols, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies. Assists the U.S. Security Manager with program oversight, intelligence gathering, risk analysis, and mitigation strategies, while supporting incident reporting and resolution. Provides direction to security personnel and contractors, maintains SI Security records, and monitors performance across facilities. Facilitates collaboration with SI management, public agencies, and contractors to ensure effective delivery of security services.
Duties and Responsibilities
Administers and coordinates activities related to the SI Security Infrastructure Program, including security technologies and systems. May contribute to strategic planning and supports the design, implementation, and maintenance of the security program.
Participates in security incident investigations, interviews, and/or security assessments. Depending on the nature of the incident, may lead investigations, conduct interviews, and produce formal reports and recommendations as part of the resolution process.

Supports the SI U.S. Security Manager and HSS senior leadership in the development and implementation of the security strategy and HSS program, including emergency and incident response. Provides technical and administrative support, coordinates activities and events, and assists with implementation efforts related to emergency response.
Administers and maintains the access management and surveillance systems as critical components of the security infrastructure. Access management includes supervision of access control systems, badge activation/deactivation, door locking/unlocking, and ID production. Approvals are granted by HR and Facilities, with the specialist executing changes per protocol.
Provides administrative and advisory support for physical security, cybersecurity, emergency procedures, and personal protection programs to mitigate risks to personnel, assets, and operations.
Coordinates and supports security awareness, education, training, and orientation programs for SI staff. May plan and deliver training sessions, coordinate with other departments, and assist in designing content, subject to approval by the Security Manager.
Maintains regular contact with internal stakeholders, including company and functional managers, as well as external partners such as clients, government officials, and peer security professionals. Interactions with agencies such as FBI, NSA, and local law enforcement are routine and integrated into existing programs for information exchange.
Provides direction and coordination of assigned security personnel and/or contractors.
Performs other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).
Education
Bachelor's Degree Homeland Security, Security Management, Emergency Response, relevant discipline, or equivalent law enforcement or military experience. Required
Experience
8 years of experience in law enforcement, military, or in a supervisory role in the private security sector. Required
5 years of formal and specialized training in security, criminal justice, and industrial relations. Preferred

Extensive familiarity with using electronic devices, applications, technology, and executing tasks utilizing advanced electronic and digital systems and devices. Advanced
Capable of obtaining security clearances as may be required for access to government classified information. Intermediate
Demonstrated experience and skills in developing and managing risk/threat-based security programs requiring the employment of recognized security measures, procedures, and techniques. Intermediate

This position may require nonstandard working hours to cover the security operation’s needs.
