Location: Seattle, WA Schedule: 7 nights/week | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Various Times Schedule to be discussed based on contract) Pay: Competitive – based on experience

About the Role:

Township Security Services is seeking dependable, professional Overnight Security Officers to patrol two residential buildings at Valdok Apartments in Seattle. This position requires strong situational awareness, excellent customer service, and the ability to maintain a commanding presence in a residential community.

Duties Include:

•

Conduct nightly patrols:

•

First patrol at 11:00 PM

•

One random patrol during the night

•

Final patrol between 6:30 AM – 7:00 AM

•

Perform door-to-door patrols (enter one door, exit another) to ensure complete building coverage

•

Monitor and report on activity in 24-hour common areas

•

Enforce community noise standards

•

Submit detailed daily activity reports to the Community Manager

•

Respond to resident concerns and incidents via a dedicated phone line

Requirements:

•

Previous security experience preferred (especially in residential or property patrol)

•

Must wear tactical attire – professional appearance required

•

Excellent communication and customer service skills

•

Ability to walk for extended periods and patrol multiple buildings

•

Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail

•

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check

•

Must be 21 years old to apply

•

Must have a valid drivers license

•

Must be able to hold and maintain a security guard card
