This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Security Guard in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit. This position requires the selected candidate to be available to work shift work to include weekends and holidays must be able to rotate shifts day and nights. Must be available to work overtime and report for duty on short call notices. Framatome Security responds to all security situations per NRC regulations, standing orders, and security procedures. Security is the emergency notification authority by contacting emergency dispatch, plant emergency personnel, and acts as call back contact for regulatory agencies. Framatome’s Richland, WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations. This position is safety-sensitive and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening is required. Any employment offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a background investigation.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $21.10 - $27.60 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
