Job Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. The typical schedule is Monday-Saturday, working 12 hours, 6 am to 6 pm. This is a project-specific job.

Duties

- Maintain detailed logs of daily personnel entering and exiting locations

- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of premises.

- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary during incidents or emergencies.

- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or security breaches.

- Manage conflicts effectively while ensuring the safety of all individuals involved.

Skills

- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.

- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.

Candidates must have their own vehicle.
