Screen and Gutter Installation Technician

Overview:

This position is primarily for our screen installer – you will be installing motorized screens, garage sliding screens, awnings, retractable screens and under roof enclosures. You should be comfortable with using small powered tools, possess a general knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools, be skilled in various installation tasks and be detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship. You should be able to think on your feet and troubleshoot those more challenging installations.

Responsibilities:

- Install and assemble products according to specifications and company guidelines

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of installations

- Conduct thorough inspections of installed products to ensure quality and functionality

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that may arise during installation

- Maintain accurate records of installations, including measurements, materials used, and any necessary adjustments made

Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred

- Familiarity with installation techniques and tools

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Other:

We also install seamless gutters - when not installing screens, you will back up our gutter installation team, as such you should be comfortable being on a roof.
