Responsible for development and management of the weekly and daily Maintenance Schedules in executing the Maintenance Work Process which include backlog and preventative maintenance activities. Responsible for tracking and reporting of all scheduling related KPIs including the utilization of direct and indirect resources. Coordinates heavily with Operations to facilitate all maintenance deliverables in accordance with Annual Delivery Plan (ADP).
This position will be based either at the Liquefaction or Pre-Treatment Facility with some travel to off-site locations as required. This position requires the employee to hold a valid, unexpired drivers license at all times in order to perform the essential functions of the job at either site.
- Responsible for using the Prometheus scheduling tool to develop, maintain, and update all maintenance scheduling for the responsible areas .
- Works closely with Operations Shift Supervisors/Permit Coordinators/Gatekeepers for scheduling manpower needs.
- Manages the daily schedule execution plan to accommodate break-in work in coordination with Operational needs.
- Works with the PM Coordinator to optimize PMs around corrective activities to minimize LOTO requirements.
- Accurate scheduling of all activities including: PMs, Correctives, and 3rd party service agreement activiites.
- Communicates with Planners and Craft Supervisors for opportunities to optimize work schedules.
- Other duties as assigned and deemed necessary by maintenance leadership.
- Manages daily maintenance schedule using Prometheus Tool Module
- Manages the maintenance work process flow in SAP (CMMS)
- Leads all relevant meetings including the Daily & Weekly Scheduling and Backlog reviews
- Tracks and reports relevant scheduling KPIs
- Responsible for providing required inputs into the Annual Delivery Plan (ADP)
- Direct back-up to the Planning and Scheduling Supervisor as required
Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum Experience Required: 3 years of direct work experience in an industrial setting, I&E, Maintenance, Operations, Safety (in lieu of degree)
Preferred Education: Technology Degree
Preferred Experience: 5+ years of direct work experience in an industrial setting, I&E, Maintenance, Operations, Safety- Strong organizational/time management skills and attention to details
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work with different departments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced in the use of PC equipment and software including Windows and MS Office products, SAP
- Self-starter/motivated, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure, handle stress and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment

Support the policies, efforts, and programs of Freeport LNG Health, Safety and Environmental Management System. Assist in the development of action plans and objectives. Actively participate in the HSE Management System Policies. Ensure that HSE concerns are given priority in all activities completed within their area of responsibility. Implement routine inspections to ensure safe operating conditions.
