SAP Settlement Management (Consultant)

This role focuses on leading SAP Settlement Management initiatives within complex enterprise environments. The consultant will design, configure, and optimize settlement processes such as rebates and commissions, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and related modules. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with business process understanding to deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

- System Configuration & Implementation

- Configure and implement SAP Settlement Management and Condition Contract Management (CCM) in S/4HANA.

- Ensure integration with SD, MM, FI/CO, and external systems.

- Define condition tables, access sequences, pricing procedures, and settlement document types.

- Business Process Analysis

- Analyze settlement-related processes and map them to SAP solutions.

- Prepare business blueprints, To-Be documents, and functional specifications for WRICEF developments.

- Process Optimization

- Identify gaps and implement enhancements for efficiency and compliance.

- Support interim and final settlement processes across multiple regions.

- Integration & Interfaces

- Work with IDocs, RFCs, and Fiori apps for settlement and related functionalities.

- Configure output types for sales, delivery, and billing documents.

- Documentation & Training

- Develop user manuals and deliver training for key users and business analysts.

- Testing & Support

- Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing; provide post-implementation support.

Qualifications

- Experience

- 5–7 years in SAP Settlement Management and CCM with successful end-to-end implementations.

- Technical Expertise

- Hands-on configuration of CCM and Settlement Management in S/4HANA.

- Strong knowledge of rebate management, commission settlements, and accrual processes.

- Experience with pricing procedures, condition types, and revenue account determination.

- Integration Skills

- Familiarity with SD-FI/CO, SD-MM, and SD-EWM integration points.

- Analytical & Communication Skills

- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.

- Excellent verbal and written communication (English)

- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.

- Expertise in Fiori apps for CCM and Settlement Management.

- Knowledge of AATP (Advanced ATP), Back Order Processing, and product allocation.
