This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Fort Wayne, IN. The Salesperson will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their fuel needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include customer outreach, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Salesperson will also contribute to achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining accurate records of transactions and communications.
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present product offerings effectively
- Ability to analyze customer needs, provide solutions, and close sales
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client accounts
- Experience or familiarity with the energy sector, especially propane, gas, and diesel fuels, is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools
- Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to excel in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
