To join our team as a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will act as a liaison between program team and IT team to translate the business needs and constantly work together to ensure the process workflow is seamless by participating in all phases of project life cycle. The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting and driving the projects that they may support in the region. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for Program data management with ensuring the smooth reporting client deliverables.
Candidates must be based in the following states to be considered: Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia or West Virginia.

- Produces complex reports while ensuring compliance with terms of contract, relevance of content, and professional presentation. Conduct research when applicable.
- Requirements handling, UAT Testing and Data management.
- Staff meetings, goal setting, compliance & at times functions as a team lead.

- 3-5 year's experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Advanced experience with Excel (XLOOKUP, Power Query)
