Sales Specialist – Countertops (B2B & B2C)

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to take charge of countertop sales for both B2C and B2B clients. This is an opportunity to shape the future of our sales department, backed by strong operational capacity and a leadership team ready for expansion.
You’ll sell full-service countertop solutions—material sourcing, fabrication, installation—as well as turnkey or fabrication-only services for builders, designers, contractors, and even other countertop shops. This is primarily an outside sales role with local travel throughout Tampa Bay, combined with in-showroom consultations.
Your mission: fill our production schedule and keep our advanced machinery running at full capacity.

This is a commission-based role with a draw to support your ramp-up period. If you have an existing network or book of business in the countertop or construction/remodeling industry, you will thrive here.
- Respond quickly to inbound leads.
- Proactively build new business through networking, outreach, and relationships.
- Convert inquiries into closed deals across B2C and B2B clients.
- Meet with homeowners, builders, designers, cabinet shops, and remodelers.
- Guide material selection and finishing options (including transforming polished stone into honed or leathered finishes).
- Provide full-service solutions from fabrication to installation.
- Present proposals and close deals on-site whenever possible.
- Cultivate long-term B2B partnerships: builders, contractors, designers, cabinet shops, and distributors.
- Become the go-to expert for their countertop needs—turnkey or fabrication-only.
- Generate recurring revenue through dependable service and communication.
- Collaborate closely with Shop Management and Project Managers.
- Ensure that job specs, measurements, and client expectations are thoroughly documented and accurate.
- Resolve discrepancies before fabrication begins.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and track all activity in our CRM.
- Keep quotes, follow-ups, and tasks timely and organized.
- Guide clients professionally from consultation to installation.
- Send proposals, answer questions, and set clear expectations.
- Confirm satisfaction post-installation and request reviews or referrals.
- Address on-site challenges quickly and effectively.
- Work with installers and fabricators to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Provide actionable insights into client preferences and market opportunities.
- Help refine sales processes and strategies as the department grows.
- Proven countertop or construction/home-improvement sales experience
- Strong understanding of stone materials and fabrication
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- CRM proficiency and ability to learn internal systems
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-driven attitude
- Existing book of business in Tampa Bay
- Experience with laser templating
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERPs
- Digital design experience (CAD or templating software)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Commission-only with a generous draw during ramp-up
- No commission cap
