The Sales/Service Account Manager will be responsible for soliciting and servicing all accounts within the region maintaining both product and service deliverables established by Trinity. This role will include the management of product ordering, receiving and delivery, the management of equipment rental, maintenance, tracking and servicing, as well as the management of invoicing for all products and services solicited to our customers in the Mid-Con region. Specific areas of responsibility include:
- Receive PPE products.
- Delivery of PPE products.
- Check-in inventory with customer rep.
- Stock customer Kan Ban.
- Inventory report.
- Min-Max reporting
- Pull and stage orders for delivery
- Clean sea train.
- Organize TSC Inventory yard and/or sea train.
- Assist with gas monitor calibrations and repairs
- Washing/cleaning equipment
- Inspections
- Basic repairs
- Refill
- Documentation
- Schedule meetings with potential customers
- Schedule meetings/visits with existing customers
- Ensure all products are properly delivered and invoiced and all services are properly performed and invoiced for all accounts in the region
- Approve timecards through Paychex
- Maintain cleanliness of facilities, vehicles and personal appearance always
- Follow all S.O.P.’s for all service or maintenance tasks performed, and update applicable forms as required- Delivery
