This is a high-income, no-cap role where effort = reward. We’ll train you, equip you, and back you with tech tools, marketing support, and real leads.

_ What You’ll Earn:_

•

$600/week draw against commission (no clawback first 4 weeks)

•

10% commission on self-generated leads

•

7% commission on company leads

•

Monthly bonuses starting at $500

•

401(k) plan + performance incentives

•

Paid training + marketing materials provided

What You’ll Do:

•

Generate leads through canvassing and referrals

•

Meet with homeowners for exterior inspections

•

Guide them through product options, pricing, and financing

•

Close jobs, upload photos, and track progress in AccuLynx

•

Be the customer’s point of contact from first handshake to job completion

_ Who You Are:_

•

Energetic, personable, and highly motivated

•

Comfortable with in-person sales and daily travel

•

Organized and tech-savvy (we use drones + digital design tools)

•

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

•

Sales or construction experience a plus — but not required
