We believe in honest conversations, clear systems, and meaningful growth. We’re looking for someone to start by knocking doors and connecting with homeowners — and quickly grow into a trusted Sales Consultant, earning real commissions and guiding clients from interest to signed job.
What This Role Looks Like
This is an opportunity to learn our proven system for earning trust, overcoming objections with clarity, and helping homeowners say yes with confidence — never pressure. You’ll be trained directly by the owner, given structure through adaptable scripts, and equipped to succeed through relationship-first communication.

Your Growth Path
Phase 1: Canvassing & Lead Generation (Weeks 1–6)
•Knock doors and represent our brand with professionalism and warmth
•Use proven conversation scripts to introduce our services and set appointments
•Refine your approach with real-time coaching and feedback
Phase 2: Sales Training & Support (Weeks 4–12)
•Shadow sales calls to learn our consultative sales process
•Assist in follow-ups, estimate prep, and communication
•Practice handling objections and guiding decisions without pressure
Phase 3: Sales Consultant Role (Month 2–4)
•Lead estimates and consultations yourself
•Use your communication skills to help clients get clear and say yes
•Earn commission and take on more ownership as you grow

What We Expect
•Reliable vehicle and smartphone
•Availability of at least 15 hours/week to start
•Ability to walk neighborhoods and talk with people face-to-face
