Base Pay Rate: $18k + 10% monthly commission for a year

Responsibilities of this position include:
•Soliciting and developing accounts
•Direct your efforts towards the acquisition of new janitorial contracts, making this your primary sales target.
•Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients.
•Set up meetings with potential clients, utilizing both company-provided leads and your own generated opportunities.
•Understanding client needs and negotiating contracts
•Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
•Complete and document all pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing
•Proactively explore new sales opportunities through a combination of cold calling, networking, emails, and door knocks to generate new prospects.
•Identify emerging sales strategies and market shifts while being fully aware of the competition status
•Make on-site and field presentations to prospective clients
•Exhibit robust negotiation skills to close deals effectively, tactfully handling any objections or complaints.
•Consistently build and maintain your prospect pipeline, achieving set metrics to drive both your individual success and that of the company.
•Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
•Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, with demonstrated ability to close deals
•Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
•Fast learner with a passion for sales and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
•Exhibited ability to communicate, present and influence clients at all levels of the organization
•Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
•Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
•Demonstrated skills including active listening, meticulous attention to detail and making sound decisions.
