•Greet and assess customer cabinet needs in a welcoming and professional manner.
•Proactively call, inquire, and search for new business opportunities.
•Provide expert product knowledge and guidance on cabinet materials, finishes, and custom options.
•Prepare accurate, detailed quotes and follow up with clients in a timely manner.
•Assist customers with design selections and layout planning to ensure satisfaction.
•Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
•Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by offering outstanding service and support.
•Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly sales goals.
•Maintain the showroom appearance and ensure all displays are current and visually appealing.
•Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
•Attend product training sessions and stay informed on new products, trends, and industry developments.
•High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Interior Design, or a related field is a plus.
•3+ years of experience using 2020 Design Software.
•Field experience to understand the requirements for different cabinet specifications and installations.
•Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the home improvement or cabinetry industry.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
•Proficiency with sales software and Microsoft Office.
•Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
